The First Church of Christian Scientists on Inverleith Terrace was designed by Ramsay R Traquair, the son of Phoebe Traquair, and built between 1910-1911. It is said to be based on the church of Old St Giles in Elgin. Once used as a college building in connection with St Colm's College next door, it now belongs to Union Advertising and is known as Union House.
