St Mary's Roman Catholic Cathedral can be found on Picardy Place at the base of Leith Street. It is not the only cathedral in town, nor even the only one devoted to St Mary (St Mary's Episopalian Cathedral can be found at the other side of the centre of Edinburgh) but it is the most prominently situated.
