The Drill Hall on Dalmeny Street is now a multimedia arts and community centre called Out of the Blue.
It was once the home of the 7th Battalion Royal Scots, a regiment sadly remembered as the main casualties of the 1915 Gretna train disaster, a memorial to which can be found in Rosebank Cemetery.
